9:00am EVERYONE is asked to bring a non perishable food item on Saturdays to donate to the local food pantry! A minimum of one item per person participating (includes kids). Thanks for doing good!
All new visitors and first time attendees are required to complete our AKP CrossFit waiver, and can be completed by using the widget at the bottom of this page.
Boot Camp Tues/Thurs 7:30pm Saturday 8am
Starting Jan 13 for a six week session. No barbells, just heart pumping focus on endurance, strength and mobility!
