What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is fitness designed to prepare your body to meet the demands of your life regardless of your level of activity. We won't show you which machines you need to use to work a specific muscle group. We will help you fully utilize the amazing machine you already are to accomplish more than you thought possible.
You will lift, push, pull and throw heavy objects. You will learn how to use your body to safely move large loads quickly in a class setting with an instructor and friends sharing the common goal of improving overall fitness.
Every workout, every movement or skill can be modified or scaled to fit your needs and abilities.
